Terms and Conditions

On booking a slot at MW Dog Run, you accept all of the following terms and conditions:

  • Bookings cannot be cancelled but can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the time slot.

  • Payments are non refundable and the total balance must be paid to reserve your preferred time slot.

  • Once payment has been received for a booking, you will be sent a confirmation email. You will also receive a text one hour before your booking starts which will include the code for the padlock on the access gate.

  • The access code for the padlock on the gate is changed regularly, so if you use the run regularly, please keep an eye on the most up to date code you are given.

  • The access code for the padlock is not be shared with anyone else.

  • All dogs must be up to date with their worming, flea and tick treatments.

  • The run is in a small village, please be considerate and mindful of our neighbours at all time whilst on site.

  • If you are late for your booking, you will still need to leave the field by the agreed time.

  • Our fencing is 6ft tall. If your dog can jump higher than 6ft then we cannot accept responsibility for them escaping.

  • Cars are parked at the owner’s risk and we do not accept responsibility for possessions that you leave in your car.

  • Please keep all your valuables safe whilst in the paddock. We do not accept responsibility for any personal items.

  • If you find a personal item in the run, it may have been accidentally left by an previous dog owner, please leave the item safe in the shelter and notify us as soon as you leave.

  • The run is checked daily and regularly maintained, but if you notice anything that requires attention, please notify us immediately.

  • We provide dog poo bags and a bin for all waste. Please dispose of all waste and litter before you leave.

  • Water is available on site. Please ensure your dog always has access to water during their time in the run.

  • There are balls available for playtime. Please ensure you return them for the next booking to use.

  • If your dog likes to dig, please ensure you fill in any holes before leaving.

  • Your booking ensures exclusive use of the run for your chosen time slot. If you arrive early to your booking, regardless of whether any other owners are in the run, do not enter until your time slot starts.

  • Under no circumstances are you permitted to enter if there is another owner and dog already using it.

  • You are responsible for your dog’s safety whilst using the run. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or injury.

  • Do not let your dog off the lead until you are safely inside and the gate has been securely closed. Similarly, please do not exit unless your dog is safely on a lead.

  • Do not leave your dog/s in the run unattended under any circumstances.

  • The run is next to a main road, when outside of the run, whether you have parked in the gateway or on the opposite side of the road, please be mindful of traffic.

  • If you bring along children, you are responsible for their safety at all times. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or injury.

  • Occasionally, livestock may be in the neighbouring fields. If this is a concern, please contact us before booking / before your booked time slot to discuss further.

  • You are responsible for the safety and wellbeing or your dog while using the paddock. Please be mindful during adverse weather, ensuring your dog always has access to drinking water, shade or shelter. If you are aware that your dog can be aggressive, please do not risk mixing it with other dogs, unmuzzled.

  • We do not accept responsibility for any injury or loss caused by any fights that may occur when mixing dogs from different households.

  • In the unlikely event that there is severe, extreme weather / events occur out of our control causing the run to not be safe to use, we will contact you directly and refund your booking / reschedule to another time.

  • Any customer reported for abusing our system or the run or not following these requirements could face a permanent ban.

  • We welcome all ‘XL bully’ type breeds on the condition they are registered with the Index of Exempted Dog (IED) as per the most up to date Government guidelines. They are more than welcome to enjoy the freedom of the paddock unmuzzled, but please ensure they are muzzled and securely on a lead before entering or exiting. We request that, should the booking be for a mixed group of dogs outside of one household, the XL bully dog is kept muzzled even when loose in the paddock. We do not accept responsibility for any injury or loss caused by any fights that may occur when mixing dogs from different households.
